We are excited to share that we are upgrading our core banking system to provide you with improved technology, enhanced features, and a more streamlined experience across all services—both in-branch and online.

During this transition, some systems will be completely unavailable on Saturday November 1st for a period of time, while others may experience intermittent disruptions as the upgrade is completed.

•Completely unavailable: In-branch services, Online banking, Bill pay, Mobile app access

•Intermittent disruptions: Debit Card Transactions, ATM Withdrawals

We encourage you to take care of any urgent transactions before the upgrade begins. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us on or before Friday, October 31st. Our team will be glad to provide the latest updates and assist with your needs.

Please note:

•Saturday, November 1st – The credit union will be fully closed for the upgrade.

•Monday, November 3rd – All systems will be up and running, and we will resume normal business operations.
